If you have billed for Telemedicine and you receive a rejection with error code ET1, it means that you have not registered with the Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN). 

You will need to fill out an "OHIP Telemedicine Physician Registration Form"  to be registered as a Telemedicine provider with the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care. Only then can you invoice Telemedicine codes. 


If you have already submitted your registration form you can contact OTN (Ontario Telemedicine Network 1-855-654-0888) to verify the status of your application.


When OTN acknowledges that the forms for the physician/dentist's have been received and processed, the ET1 rejected telemedicine billings can be re-submitted.
