Forgot your login credentials to Juno or unable to login? No panic! There are a couple of easy things to check before reaching out to your clinic administrator.
- Are you entering all the required information? You need your user name, your password, and the second level passcode (usually a 4-digit number). Ensure you are entering all three.
- Check if Cap Locks is on. User names and password are case sensitive, so if your cap locks is on, your password will be entered wrong!
- Double check that your password meets the minimum requirements listed below:
- Juno Passwords must be minimum 8 characters in length
- Password must contain at least 3 of the following:
1. capital characters (A,B,C)
2. lower case (a,b,c)
3. numeric digits (1,2,3)
4. special characters (!, $, #)
Checked these, and still unable to login? Need to update your password? Contact your clinic administrator. They will have all the tools they need to help you troubleshoot this issue. You can refer them to this guide if they are unsure of what to do.
