The private billing code, including the "A" pre-fix will be added on the left side of the group's column. The right column is used to prioritize them on the sheet. Just enter them in the order you want them to show!
5. Once done making the required changes. simply click on the "Update"button at the bottom of the page.
Creating a private invoice
1. Open the patient's master file.
2. Click on the "Create Invoice" link located towards the top left.
3. Towards the top left of the invoice creation page, select "Private" from the Billing Type drop down menu. It is the drop down that has "Bill MSP" selected by default whenever you open the page.
4. Select the code or codes you want to bill for this invoice. If you are billing for several units, you are able to tell OSCAR in the green rectangle towards the middle of the page, under the "Unit" column.
If a code is not listed on your page, it is probably because it isn't in your billing sheet. You can always look codes up though. Just type in part of the description in one of the boxes under "other service/procedure/premium codes" section, then click on the "Code search" button. All codes starting with "A" are private billing codes. Just select the box on the left beside the code, then click the "Confirm" button at the bottom of the page.5. Once done, click on the "Continue" button. This will bring you to a review page.
