You can now group your private payers into customized groups, such as "Insurance", "Lawyers", etc. and filter accordingly in your manage invoices for quicker reporting on your 3rd party payers.
To do so, you would go to 'Admin' from the left side menu and 'Private Billing', and navigate to the 'Payers' tab
From here you can create your private payer categories buy clicking the 'New Category' button, as well as edit any existing categories you might have made, you can name your categories anything that you like.
Once your categories are created, you can assign a category to your Payer by editing with the blue edit pencil icon to the right:
On the following popup, there will be a new dropdown at the bottom of the page where you will be able to assign your Categories to the Payer:
Click the blue "Save Payer" button at the bottom to save.
