In ClinicAid you can add a tax to your private pay custom codes.
If you are creating private pay invoices and including tax to them, you will be able to pull a tax report for your accounting records.
To run your report go to “Reports” then “Tax Report”.
You can filter by Service Dates, specific tax code if you have more than one set up, by Provider and by a private pay invoice number.
Once you have the report you are looking for, you can download it to a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file, by clicking on “Export CSV”.
