If you are running into difficulties login in, don’t panic! This article will walk you through the most common reasons of why MyHealthAccess users cannot login and how to solve them.

 Wrong Email or Password

Entering erroneous credentials is one of the largest culprits when it comes to login difficulties. How to tell if that is the problem? Look for the ‘Login Error’ message at the top of your screen.

If you see this error, make sure you typed in your email address correctly, then retype your password. Keep in mind that MyHealthAccess passwords are care sensitive. Your password case must match exactly what was used when you created it!

Forgotten Password

If you cannot remember your password, or if the password you remember is not working, click on the ‘I Don’t Know My Password’ link just under the ‘Sign Up’ button.

On the next page, enter the email address associated with your account, then click on the ‘Continue’ button.

An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password.

No Account

If you do not have a MyHealthAccess account, you will need to create one before you can access the portal. Consult our guide on how to sign up with MyHealthAccess here for more information on this topic.

Password Issues and Apple Password Key

The Apple password key feature is known to cause difficulties with login in. If you are running into difficulties login in and you are using the Apple Password Key feature on your iPhone, consider removing the password and typing it in manually as a troubleshooting step.
