If you get this error message, the patient record may have been disabled by a staff member at your clinic. If they clicked, the red X to the far right of the patient record it disables it, but does not delete it.
  
You can just re-enable it!

 

To re-enable a patient record:

  • Go to the "Manage Patient" section in the left-hand menu, select "All Statuses" from the top right drop down menu, and click the green "Go" button.


  • Locate the patient record and click the green "Re-enable" patient button to the far right of the patient record.
