Whether you have just adopted Juno EMR or have been a client for some time, keeping your clinic information up to date in your Juno EMR is crucial. It is the best way to ensure your prescriptions, consultations and eForms display the appropriate contact information for your clinic.
To update your clinic details in your Juno EMR, follow the steps below:
- Click on ‘Admin’ (Juno UI) or ‘Administration’ (Classic UI) at the top of your screen to open the administration panel.
- Note: If you are using a smaller screen resolution, the ‘Admin’ option in the Juno UI may be hidden under the ‘More’ menu. Click on ‘More’, then click on ‘Admin’ to open the admin panel.
- On the left, click on ‘System Management’ to expand that part of the menu.
- Click on the ‘Manage Clinic Details’ menu option to open the Clinic Details page.
- Update your clinic’s address and contact information in the ‘Clinic Address’ section.
- When done, click on the ‘Update’ button located at the bottom of the section.
