In British Columbia, many practitioners have gotten used to appending the '66' code to the end of a mother's PHN to signify a newborn.
In ClinicAid we've simplified the process so that you can still use the Mother's Surname and PHN for the baby, you will just need to check the "New Born" checkbox under the 'Advanced' tab of your invoice. This will automatically append the code to the end of the PHN through the backend when the file is transmitted to Teleplan.
