You can delete any eForms from a patients eForm library, by first clicking on the eForms header in the eChart, or the Current eForms link in a patients Master File. This will bring you to a list of all the eForms that have been saved to a patient's chart. Next to each eForm there is a delete link which you can click to remove the eForm. Keep in mind that you are never permanently deleting the eForm, since you can always find them again by clicking the Deleted eForms link on the left side of the window.
