It will depend on which province you are in.


In BC you can call Teleplan (1-866-456-6950 ext 3 for Teleplan or ext 2 for Provider Support). You can ask them to "Zap" it, you'll need the sequence number and your Datacentre number. You can find the sequence number by viewing the invoice and it will be at the bottom in the transaction history.


In Alberta, you would just have to wait for it to be paid. Then you can send a "delete request" by viewing the paid invoice and clicking "Delete from Hlink" button.


Lastly, in Ontario you would have to call your claims adjuster, you can call the Oshawa department (1-855-250-3696) and they can direct you to the right person. You'll also have to submit an RAI form:
