Your clinic is moving, and you want to make sure that everything continues working well as you transition from one location to another? The guide below will walk you through the various aspects of this process relating to your Juno EMR. 

 

Before Your Move 

Report eDelivery

First, contact our team by email with your new address and the date on which you are planning on changing location. In your email, specify that you are changing location, and would like to ensure your eDelivery routes are updated accordingly. Our team will work with third parties you are receiving reports from to update your address with them.

Note: Third parties may take several weeks to process the address change. It is best to contact our team early to ensure the transition is completed on time.

 

Day of Your Move (Or Shortly After)

Clinic Details Update in Juno EMR

Update your clinic details in Juno EMR. This will update the address of prescriptions, referrals to specialists and eForms. If you are not familiar with how to do this, consult our guide on managing your clinic details here.


Note: If you updated your clinic details, but prescriptions and consultations retain your previous address, check your provider record address field and your user preferences for an override. Address information entered in either of those fields will take precedence over the clinic details as set in the administration panel.

ClinicAid Private Billing Address

If you use ClinicAid for your private billing, you will need to update your clinic’s address within the private billing settings within ClinicAid as well. You can find more information about how to do this by consulting our private billing setting guide here.


MyHealthAccess

To ensure your patients see the appropriate address when receiving automated reminders or connecting with your clinic via the patient portal, you will also need to update your clinic details in MyHealthAccess. Follow the steps described in our MyHealthAccess settings guide here.


Billing Address

If the address associated with your credit card also changes, you may need to provide us with updated payment information. Our team will send you a link where you will be able to provide your payment details. We will not be able to update the address without getting the full credit card number again.
