You can update your credit card in ClinicAid in the left-hand menu in "Admin", under "Manage Subscription" and "Update Credit Card".
The address you input needs to match the address you have on file with your credit card company in order to validate.
If you wish, you can change your address with your credit card company and then change it in ClinicAid.
Note: Only the account manager will have access to manage subscriptions. You can also email us, and we can send you a secure self-help link to update/change your payment information.
