How to view the Rejection Reason comments from the Ministry?
You can view the Ministry's "Rejection Reason" correspondence to you two ways:
You can hover your mouse over the error code (see screenshot) and the Ministry’s correspondence to you will pop up:
Or you can click on the gray eye to the far right of the claim to view the claim:
The Ministry's rejection reason message to you will be at the top of the claim, usually in red (see screenshot):
